As is the custom with most of these all-star tributes, there's a mix of good covers (Bill Lloyd, Jellyfish, Jennifer Trynin, Ron Sexsmith, Marc Cohn (!), Fred Schneider, Peter Wolf), mediocre but well intentioned covers (Aimee Mann, Randy Newman, Joe Ely, Victoria Williams, Adrian Belew, Brian Wilson, Marshall Crenshaw), and just plain lame covers (Ringo Starr and Stevie Nicks (!?!), LaVern Baker, Richard Barone, Jimmy Webb, Gerry Beckley/Robert Lamm/Carl Wilson). I'll cut Al Kooper slack because he helped organize it.

This has a nice booklet as well, and is overall a success although the song selection and the artist selection could have been stronger.
