The Good 'Life': Michael Feinstein

Windy City Times
United States
October 1, 2003
Harry Nilsson is mentioned in a Gary Shapiro interview of Michael Feinstein about Feinstein's album Only One Life: The Songs Of Jimmy Webb, the two discussing how music ives on arter the artist passes:
Shapiro: It's interesting that you should mention that idea of deceased artists still being "here," because I've been listening to The Wind, the last album that Warren Zevon recorded before his death. It's an album that keeps his voice alive.

Michael Feinstein: When [Jimmy Webb] is asked to name who he thinks the greatest contemporary songwriters are, he always says Warren Zevon and Harry Nilsson.
